Join us in celebrating this amazing young philanthropist!?? 4 year-old Norah invited family and friends to contribute to her birthday fundraiser in support of Kentucky Science Center. “When she decided to raise money for her birthday, we gave her several nonprofits to choose from and she picked the Science Center because it’s her favorite places!” says Norah’s Mom, Hannah Nitzken, “We’re thrilled to support ‘doing science’ across the state.” The funds she raised will support educational programs and hands-on exhibits that encourage kids to explore, discover, and learn.

Yesterday we hosted our annual Research! Louisville experience???? During this program, around 200 middle & high school students joined us on-site for the Pulse of Surgery program, a lunchtime Q&A with current nursing and medical students, and rotations through sessions with a variety of medical professionals sharing on their fields and pathways??

Our team had an amazing time at Churchill Downs Incorporated and Kentucky Derby Museum for our 2024 Staff Retreat!?? It was a day filled with team building, customizing horseshoes, and learning about the rich history of the Kentucky Derby.?

The future of graphic design is looking BRIGHT!???? Graphic Design campers got to harness their ingenuity and creativity by building a business concept from the ground up?? They utilized software like Canva to develop their business' brand guide from its color palette to its logo and even its ads. They presented their concepts at the end of the week to our very own Graphic Designer, Kaley Lucas, CTA??
