Today, the Kentucky Chamber brought together more than 100 leaders and small business owners for the 2025 Small Business Day at the Capitol, sponsored by Planters Bank. Attendees heard from several legislators, including Senate President Robert Stivers, Speaker of the House David Osborne, and Senate Majority Leader Max Wise, about bills the General Assembly is working on this session, focusing on lowering income taxes, increasing workforce participation, housing, and more. The group also heard from Attorney General Russell Coleman and Governor Andy Beshear, who emphasized the important role small businesses have in growing the Commonwealth's economy and workforce.
