Yesterday, we were thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony of CSNIP's new location in Walker, with Commissioner Stan Stek speaking at the event! CSNIP has long been a vital resource, providing affordable spay/neuter services and preventative care to families in need. To support their mission, the Kent County Board of Commissioners proudly allocated $1 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to help make this facility a reality. This new clinic means more families can access essential veterinary care, keeping pets healthy and reducing shelter overcrowding. Congratulations to C-SNIP on this incredible milestone - we’re excited to see the lasting impact on our community!
