On Sunday, September 8, we teamed up with the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis to host our annual event for pediatric patients with limb loss and limb difference. Children made stickers for their prostheses, “designed their stride” in a prosthetic coloring competition, and met local adaptive sporting groups. Each pediatric patient and their family enjoyed all day access to the museum where they played in the Sports Legends area, tested out wheelchair sports, and met other children who are sharing their same journey! Hosting a day like this for pediatric amputees and their families is extremely special to us. Kenney Orthopedics continues to provide unique experiences for all patients and their families.
