Last week, Kennedy Wilson Property Services president Ed Sachse attended the groundbreaking ceremony at Hollywood Park for the Kali Hotel and Rooftop, a 300-key landmark lifestyle hotel adjacent to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, and within walking distance of Intuit Dome and Kia Forum. The 13-story hotel's 300 guest rooms will include 34 suites, along with a pool and yoga deck, spa, fitness center, three food and beverage concepts, and nearly 20,000 square feet of meetings and events space. Completion is anticipated by Spring 2026, in time for the 2026 World Cup, the 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Summer Olympics.
