A huge shout out to the entire Kennedy Tank team and our dedicated transportation partners who helped ship out over 10 vessels yesterday. Many of them were stainless steel vessels with a 12’-0” diameter, which required additional approved route surveys, truck pogo sticks, and many weeks of planning. Big thanks to Bill Kennedy (President) and Daniel Yoder (VP of Operations and Purchasing) at Kennedy Tank and Manufacturing who visited my Marian University School of Business Operations Management class this week. They shared information about their storied, 125-year old, 5th generation managed, family-owned company, it's impressive product line, and even provided a live demonstration of their PowerBI ERP system.
