???Zeta Surgical Expands FDA-Approved Brain Surgery Navigation Platform Zeta Surgical has received a new FDA 510(k) clearance for its mixed-reality brain surgery navigation system, enhancing its ability to integrate with additional instruments and hospital IT systems. This new approval expands its potential use in a wider range of neurosurgical procedures, bringing advanced, image-guided technology beyond specialized operating rooms. The platform, which uses computer vision and AI to create real-time visual overlays, doesn't require VR headsets but instead operates on standard screens.
