This is insane-- we've somehow gone from a LinkedIn post about Chapathi & Karak, a Qatar-based coffee house, to 12 booked meetings over 3 days in Doha ???? Here's how we did it. We picked up the phone & called everyone that was even remotely interested. It's that simple. People are sometimes too lazy to do things the old-fashioned way. And that's exactly why we'll beat every other AI PropTech solution out there. We speak the same language as our customers. And that language is human interaction. Not just cold-DM's, performance marketing leads, social media.. but actually picking up the phone and doing the hard work. Kudos to Aman for showing me the ropes. Kendal is the only the Real Estate CRM that's built by brokers for brokers.

For those who are sleeping on Ras Al Khaimah, the emirate is expected to see its tourist population rise from 1.1 Million Visitors annually to 5 Million visitors by 2030. Similar to numbers we see in Vienna today. Ras Al Khaimah is already known for its serenity, nature & is home to some of the highest mountains in the region. With the opening of several major developments including the first casino, several upcoming startup initiatives & much more, betting on RAK is betting on the future.
