Never forget ?????? "If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate." - Sandy Dahl, wife of Flight 93 pilot Jason Dahl

Kencrest partnered with Bartram's Garden, to host a movie night for the community, family, and staff. They enjoyed the movie Encanto on the outdoor movie screen. Such a beautiful view with the Philadelphia Skyline in the background. All who joined had so much fun! ????

Back to school! ?????? Our early learning center teachers came together last week to focus on Curriculum and TraumaSmart Practices. They returned this school year, striving for the best and couldn't wait for the students to start this week! The teachers had some fun in Staff ELC 2024 Olympics games. Competing in games, like the Hula Hoop Challenge and Fastest Typers! What a joy to be back, and can't wait for what the future holds for our kiddos this school year.

Our very own Melanie Brennan, Executive Director of Early Learning Centers attended a round table with Lt. Governor Austin Davis! With other various business leaders, parents, and providers the conversations surrounded the workings of lowering the cost of childcare for families. This is all stemmed from the 2024-25 state budget recently signed by Governor Josh Shapiro that includes a new tax credit for employers that contribute to their employees' childcare costs, as well as a $17.7 million increase in funding for early childhood education. Watch the full round table here! https://lnkd.in/ekFjYKPx
