Kemper System is a leading manufacturer of cold liquid-applied resin systems for plaza waterproofing, green roofing, cool roofing, roof recoveries, historic restoration, and waterproofing of balconies, terraces, gutters, flashings, as well as vehicular and pedestrian surfaces. Our odorless cold fluid applied reinforced waterproofing was installed on campus facilities, while air conditioners were running, with zero odor entering the occupied buildings during lecture and class hours.
