Kelso is proud to support communities in times of need through our Kelso Cares initiative.?As we all know, Southern California recently experienced one of the deadliest wildfires in its history.?Kelso stepped in to support the community of Altadena, one of the communities most affected by the wildfires.?Altadena had an urgent need for educational resources.?Kelso, together with one of our portfolio companies, BradyPLUS, and its subsidiary, WAXIE, came together to donate 850 backpacks filled with educational supplies including laptops, writing instruments and notebooks. At the request of local schools, and together with our print vendor, Atlantic, we also provided 50 classroom printers.? ? By providing Altadena with these essential resources, we hope to bring a sense of stability and hope to those rebuilding after the fires.

Corinne Thomas and Daniel Ogunlowo on the Investment team, Elise Stevens on the Investor Relations team and Chris Rogers on the Portfolio Operations team have been promoted to Vice President.?Both Corinne and Dan joined Kelso in 2020 and have been critical members of the Investment Team on a number of successful transactions.??Elise joined Kelso in 2020 and has spent the last four years playing an integral role in our IR and fundraising operations. Chris joined Kelso in 2023 and has rapidly made an impact leading business intelligence projects at multiple portfolio companies. ? Daniel McLaren and Esther J.
