This week, the European Union introduced two major regulatory changes that will significantly impact the EU Regulation 1272/2008 on classification, labelling, and packaging of chemicals (CLP). ?? What’s New? -A legislative amendment to the CLP. -The long-awaited amended ECHA Guidance on the application of the CLP Criteria. These updates introduce guidelines for classifying products under three new hazard classes, particularly focusing on endocrine-disrupting properties. ??
