Keiser University Alumna Natacha Barthelemy, founder, and CEO of IamfabulousBiz Consulting, empowers Haitian-American entrepreneurs to overcome cultural and language barriers. "I wanted to serve my community and honor our cultural heritage," she says. A 2019 graduate with a Bachelor's in Homeland Security, Natacha transitioned to business consulting in 2021 after realizing the need to educate the Haitian-American community about the U.S. business model. "Mentors showed me that dreams can be realized despite challenges," she reflects. As an active National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) South Florida chapter member and a Goldman Sachs 10K alumna, she’s committed to fostering economic growth and supporting sustainable enterprises. For Natacha, Women’s History Month is a time to celebrate progress and inspire the next generation of female leaders. With the support of her admissions counselor, Lauren, and guidance from Keiser University, Giuliana conquered her anxieties and earned her degree. She credits Keiser for providing the tools, resources, and encouragement she needed to succeed.
