One of our key strategic ambitions is to help Scotland become nature positive and restore biodiversity. We do this in many ways - inspiring action through our Climate Action Schools programme in classrooms across Scotland, by offering training to help people understand the challenges and actions that they can take to improve the situation, and we celebrate the work of people right across Scotland through our Climate and Nature Friendly Communities Network. We look forward to supporting the The Scottish Government Biodiversity Strategy and working with NatureScot and others to help stop nature loss. Check out what we are doing and how we can work with you at https://lnkd.in/eF8tPKTt or drop Katie Murray, Jamie Ormiston or Juliette Camburn a message.
Today, NatureScot Chair Colin Galbraith met with Acting Climate Action Minister Dr Alasdair Allan at the Scottish Wildlife Trust 's Bawsinch & Duddingston Reserve to launch The Scottish Government's Scottish Biodiversity Strategy, setting out our ambition to restore and regenerate Scotland's nature by 2045. The strategy is supported by a delivery plan with over 100 actions to help stop nature loss. ?? https://orlo.uk/mtpvz COSLA
