Property/Leasing Manager- Residential James Keelty & Co., Inc., a management company, is seeking a professional, experienced, energetic, organized and dependable Property/Leasing Manager for our Oakmont Village Luxury Apartment Community in Ellicott City. Some of the position responsibilities and requirements include: Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with residents and staff Greet and tour prospects if leasing staff is not available Approval of applications, preparation of lease, lease signings and security deposits 5 years of residential property management and leasing experience? 5 years of customer service experience Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year A High School education or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus but not a requirement. Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions. Salaried position is full-time Monday-Friday 9-5.
