    Yesterday, #HangerClinic celebrated the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art Integrated Care Center (ICC) in Schaumburg, IL! The 19,000-square-foot facility is designed to deliver a high level of #OandP care to patients with limb loss, limb difference, or other physical disabilities in a collaborative and unique environment. Patients at the ICC will have the opportunity to trial different technologies and test out devices in real-world settings, including a large gym, rock climbing wall, golf simulator, running track, demo apartment and more. The center also features a full onsite fabrication lab, advanced technologies to track progress, and collaborative spaces for healthcare partners, peer support programs, and community events. The grand opening began with a ribbon cutting with Schaumburg Village President, Tom Dailly, and continued with a reception where patients and healthcare partners explored the numerous resources available at the ICC. “Empowering human potential is at the core of every decision we make,” said Hanger, Inc. CEO Pete Stoy.     For today's #FridayFeaturedProject, we're taking a look back at the 40,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art HQ build-to-suit our team completed for GP Transco in Joliet, IL. The facility consists of 20,000 SF of office space with high-end finishes throughout, and a 20,000 SF indoor truck maintenance facility. Featuring an indoor basketball court, fitness room, and laundry facilities, this HQ space delivers top-tier amenities and functionality, ensuring GP Transco’s team operates at the highest level.

  • Get a sneak peek at our newly completed outpatient facility in Schaumburg for Hanger Clinic, a leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic care! With just a few finishing touches left, this state-of-the-art space will soon be ready for its grand opening. Previously home to furniture retailer Ethan Allen, the facility underwent a full interior transformation, now featuring medical exam rooms, physical training and occupational therapy areas, and a dedicated production space for prosthetic manufacturing.     We are BACK at The Ninety Logistics Center, completing a buildout for new tenant, Pull'R Holding Company LLC, within the 201,600-square-foot facility originally constructed by our team in Hoffman Estates, IL with Brennan Investment Group. Pull’R will occupy 100,000 square feet—roughly half the building—for their new space, which will include a 9,100-square-foot main office with private offices, an open bullpen, a conference room, and a breakroom. The project also includes a 1,400-square-foot shipping and operations office and the addition of four new dock positions with dock levelers to support their logistics needs. Our team has been making great progress, installing drywall for the interior office walls, painting full-height demising walls, working above the ceiling on lighting and ductwork, and making significant headway in both the operations room and main office with drywall almost complete. #keeley #industrial #constructionupdate
