    Revolution Capital Group (“RevCap”) is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of The Baum’s Building, a mixed-use, value-added investment in Philadelphia's Midtown Village submarket! We are particularly excited about the location of The Baum’s Building - directly adjacent to the main entrance of Jefferson Hospital on 11th Street and the recently delivered Honickman Tower. This 462k SF medical office tower will bring thousands of jobs to the block over the next few years. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our exceptional team and valued equity Partners for helping facilitate the closing!?Our gratitude goes out to our outstanding in-house property and asset management team (Keating Partners, Karen M. Donnelly, John Kroll, Rachel Shopf, CPA, Kate Bair, James Foreman, Rich Kling, Sylwia Cunningham) for ensuring this new addition is well-managed.
