KCG has received a 9% tax credit award from Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the development of Prado Place - 56 apartment homes in the City of Beaumont. We’re honored to bring our first investment to the city and excited at the transformative impact that high quality, sustainable housing will have on our future residents and the larger community.

KCG is thrilled to announce our most recent tax credit award in Jefferson, Iowa! The Wheldon will bring 50 apartment homes to the city, which is in great undersupply of affordable housing options. Jefferson is designated as one of Iowa’s Thriving Communities thanks to its vibrant local economy and strong community leadership.

KCG Construction's Senior Project Manager, Billy Kimball, welcomed Neabsco District Supervisor, Prince William County, Victor Angry, to Park Landing Apartments for a tour and visit.
