Hi, I'm Karl! I've been working in business & administration for over 15 years. I initially started work for a small start-up business meaning I had to wear multiple hats. I was the Personal Assistant, Web Developer, Bookkeeper, Receptionist & Office Manager. This allowed me to acquire crucial skills required to succeed in business. By the time I left, the business had become a national chain within its field, with a workforce exceeding 500 team members and an annual revenue of ￡7million. I then went on to work for a European logistics company to work within the Client Services department, where I improved countless processes and workflows to the betterment of the business and my team. I understand the importance of implementing workflows that will scale with business growth and not hinder teams in achieving their full potential.
