It’s a shame how often surfaces are torn out after a newbie power washer or general handyman deem a surface “uncleanable”. The ranges or grades of expertise across all industries and professions is vast, but the exterior cleaning world may still be the Wild West when it comes to being an “expert”. Pictured below is a light, non-invasive restoration of brick that was about to demo’d because they were told it couldn’t be cleaned. Pictured above is an ugly warehouse floor with chemical burn, oil stains, ghosting of old tile flooring, and 30+ years of abuse. We came in and grinded the concrete down to a bright and natural color, and sealed the surface with a multi year sealer to help keep the floors easy to clean for years to come. Fun before / after, now if someone will paint the walls ??
