??NEEDED: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ?? Day Shift / $15 per hour Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: -Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly. -Perform accurate data entry tasks. -Manage daily bus inspection sheets and coordinate repairs with mechanics. -Complete and process OSHA and workers’ compensation forms. -Draft and send notification letters for H-2A program participants. -Verify payroll daily to ensure accuracy. -Prepare harvest lists of workers and coordinate arrival information with Mexico. -Assist with filling out and filing H-2A applications (seasonally, 2–3 times per year). Qualifications: -Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software -Prior experience in administrative support is a plus. -Knowledge of H-2A processes or agricultural industry experience is an advantage.
