This guiding principle comes to life today as we proudly introduce the steering committee for The L Suite Women's Collective, a dedicated space within The L Suite exclusively for women GCs. Meet the accomplished leaders shaping this vital initiative: ? Jennee DeVore (GC, Simple HealthKit) ? Erin Millender (GC and Corporate Secretary, Hyperscience) ? Christina Marie Segro (GC and Corporate Secretary, Paige) ? Lydia Cheuk (GC and Corporate Secretary, Away) ? Milana McCullagh (VP and Head of Legal, Reddit, Inc.) ? Pam Swidler (CLO, CCO, and Corporate Secretary, WeWork) ? Melissa Miller (SVP, GC, Technosylva) As women GCs at high-growth companies, they understand firsthand the unique challenges of being a female legal executive. Now, they're dedicating their expertise and energy to strengthening connections among our nearly 1,000 women GC members. Their mission is to create intimate spaces where women GCs can candidly discuss challenges, share winning strategies, and build meaningful relationships that accelerate careers. 2025 will see Women's Collective events across major tech hubs, including NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, LA, and DC. Each gathering is purposefully designed to help members maximize their leadership impact while navigating the specific challenges women face in executive legal roles.
