On, Wisconsin!?Kayne Anderson Real Estate is proud to continue our partnership with Core Spaces with a two-phase 2,633-bed, pedestrian-to-campus student housing community at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (“UW-Madison"). Hub Bassett will deliver in 2026, followed by Hub Broom in 2027.
