Why are roof inspections important? Roof inspections prevent costly roof issues. We were called onto this roof because of major leaks. Unfortunately, there was so much debris on the roof that we could not find all the leaks and had to return. It was also a safety hazard. After we cleared the debris (15 trash bags filled to the rim), removed 28 Dish Racks, and cleared the clogged drains, we found 6 membrane holes and closed up 2 pitch pockets. Extend the life of your roof and prevent major roof issues (costs) by conducting at least two roof inspections yearly.

Out of sight, out of mind is costly for your roof. Here's why conducting yearly roof inspections and preventive maintenance is important. This roof was not inspected after the Fall and they are now paying the price with major roof leaks impacting business. On a side note, roofs should always be clear of debris and never be used as storage areas.
