In 2023, The Kleingers Group survey and civil engineering services played a crucial role in developing the Gravity 2.0 phase of the project with Kaufman. REALM Collaborative led the exterior and public design in this second phase, creating vibrant environments to serve a growing community. The Gravity Project was designed to catalyze urban livability in Franklinton, combining residential, office, and retail spaces with flexible community gathering areas and outdoor art displays. This project sets a national standard for conscious, creative communities, embodying resilience and adaptability for young entrepreneurs, eclectic retailers, big thinkers, and fabricators—the new Doers and Makers of the Tech Age. In the second phase of this project, REALM led the design of the public realm, shaping rich exterior environments for both building users and the neighborhood. Officially opened in fall of last year, it continues to serve a growing community.
