    I'm thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new website from Katydid PGH for Good Work Consulting—a fantastic business founded by Lisa Marshall ????, the self-proclaimed "Chief Fractional Unicorn"! Good Work empowers leaders of non-profits and social impact organizations by providing fractional program director support. They understand the challenges leaders face when they can't afford a full-time program director, yet need help with running programs, people management, and more. Lisa envisioned a website design that reflected her unique approach – reliable, knowledgeable, yet creatively focused on connecting the dots. She wanted it to inspire confidence while sparking curiosity. We achieved this by using a color palette that combined a deep navy blue, symbolizing reliability and trust, with pops of pink to represent her creativity and ability to think outside the box ? We also focused on reflecting Lisa's tone through the website's user experience. The clean, organized layout and easy navigation create a sense of calm, optimism, and comfort.
