With encouragement from Kevin Kaye and hands-on conscious leadership training from Clay Stelzer, we are stepping back and stepping out -- shifting our moves to reflecting on our actions, and intentionally creating space for new outcomes.?? Our team is actively working to incorporate exercises and practices into our conscious leadership training, aiming for a culture departing from patterns that don't work and going for the results we want, inclusive of growth and empathy. Together, we’re working on the "Shift Move" practices created by Stelzer. Recognizing what we are willing to do now, the Katalyst Group team's "Shift Move" practice includes: ?
