There’s tremendous value in partnering with non-obvious clinical trial sites/health systems that have access to research-na?ve and diverse patient populations. At Karneyium Inc. (Techstars '24), we’ve been analyzing many of these small to mid-sized clinical research programs, which are eager to collaborate with pharma companies and CROs and have the experience to excel. However, they often don’t make the final site selection list or aren’t considered at all. It’s challenging to select additional sites after choosing KOLs' and other well-known locations, but it can make or break the accuracy of enrollment curves.
