Wake up with her on KARK 4 News every weekday from 5-7 a.m. for the latest traffic updates and on FOX16 News from 7-9 a.m. for your forecast. But that’s not all! ? Meteorologist Joel Young, CBM is passing the alarm clock to Julianna and headed to KARK 4 News at noon and 4 p.m. He will also be working to expand our severe weather coverage to keep Arkansans safe when things get rough! ??????????
