Last Friday, the City of Greenfield Department of Parks and Recreation recognized Kapur’s collective efforts in sponsoring and contributing to the rehabilitation and reconstruction of The Turf Skate Park during its 33rd annual Hall of Fame and Staff Recognition Banquet. Chris Sberna, Brad Jors, and Jim Bannantine accepted the award on our behalf. So far, we’ve delivered survey, environmental, site design, and layout and are continuing to provide construction management, inspection, and staking. This project truly highlights the collaborative efforts of multiple departments working together to achieve a successful outcome. Early this morning, WISH-TV visited Indian Creek Middle School and interviewed Trent Newport, PE, CrossRoad Engineers, PC and Mesha, ICMS College/Career Prep teacher, on the importance of our classroom visits. Then, all 8th Grade students attended a presentation (and bridge-building contest) by Wyatt Bower, Kapur & Associates and Gauri Chandore, WSP.
