?? Happy Match Day 2025! To all the applicants (and programs) who matched today, congratulations! This is an incredible milestone on your journey to becoming the physicians our communities so deeply need. The dedication, resilience, and compassion you’ve shown throughout this process will undoubtedly shape the future of healthcare. For those who didn’t match this year, we see you. This process can be difficult and unpredictable, but your story is far from over. The medical community needs your talent and passion, and there are still pathways ahead. Please know that you are not alone. At Thalamus, we are committed to making the match process more equitable, transparent, and supportive. Every physician’s journey impacts the broader healthcare workforce, and we believe that by continuing to innovate and advocate for a better system through technology, we can ensure that every aspiring doctor has the opportunity to find their place in medicine. Thank you to all the applicants, programs, faculty, and administrators who make this process possible. We are honored to play a role in "Connecting the Docs" and supporting your journeys. And to Team Thalamus, thank you for all you do day in and day out. In what was our most momentous season yet, your unwavering passion for the community and our mission inspires me everyday. Excited for what our team will do into the future! Congratulations once again, and for those still navigating what’s next, we are rooting for you. Our patients need you. #Match2025 #MatchDay #MatchDay2025 #MedEd #GME #PhysicianWorkforce #Healthcare #Entrepreneurship

Thank you to MedCity News for inviting me to share our thoughts on how?private equity’s increasing involvement in autism services has reduced access to quality care for kids and families. PE has driven 85% of this sector's mergers and acquisitions from 2017 to 2022 – a shift that often prioritizes profit over patients. It leaves families with inadequate support from minimally-trained technicians and an overwhelming demand for dozens of therapy hours. To fix this, regulators, payors, and innovators must collaborate to streamline licensing, expand value-based care contracts, and integrate telehealth services—ensuring high-quality therapy is accessible to all, regardless of location or financial resources.

Gratitude and excitement! ??? I’m honored to be featured in Natural Foods Merchandiser’s first-ever Women’s Issue, alongside 23 incredible women who are shaping the future of sustainability and business. ?? In this issue, we were asked: What’s one thing people should lean into in 2025 to drive real impact? My answer? Green gushing. ?? What’s green gushing? If you ask the brilliant Dana Smith she’ll tell you that it’s the practice of enthusiastically sharing data-driven sustainability stories—highlighting real, measurable progress in our efforts to create a more regenerative world. If you ask Lara Jackle Dickinson she’ll tell you that data-driven stories of impact are one of the post powerful levers that brands have to engage consumers and drive systemic change. Sustainability isn't just about ambition—it’s about transparency, accountability, and momentum. When brands openly share their emissions reductions, supply chain improvements, and circular economy wins, they don’t just build trust—they inspire action. At Planet FWD , we believe that climate action should be celebrated, not hidden in a corporate report. When companies tell their sustainability stories backed by real data, we shift the narrative from climate doom to climate progress. That’s how we turn sustainability from a box to check into a movement people want to be part of. ?? A huge thank you to Adrienne Smith and the New Hope Network team for bringing this issue to life. And to all the brilliant women featured—your work is driving change in ways that matter. Let’s keep the momentum going. What’s one sustainability win you think deserves more visibility? Drop it in the comments and let’s amplify it! ???? I often think about how far our #industry has come. Even with its twists and turns, I’ve been proud of the #innovation, the #momentum— and honestly, the EVs themselves. As we gear up for a busy season of conferences, meetups, and events, I was really happy to kick off my week with Revel at the launch of their first site on the West Coast in the City and County of San Francisco. Big thanks to Mattias Grue and our partners at Kempower. It was great to see their stations in action—I genuinely appreciate the design, and I’m a big fan of their #retractors. As our team continues working with #Kempower, I’m feeling energized about what’s ahead. Here’s to the start of an exciting week. Looking forward to seeing folks in real life at the EV Charging Summit & Expo.

Important story from Laura Lovett at Behavioral Health Business. Medicaid is a last line of defense for millions of people that need mental and behavioral health support. As she noted in her piece - Medicaid is the #1 payer for children and pediatric patients, and an outsized portion of those with autism rely on Medicaid. We’ve seen that firsthand here at AnswersNow, where more than 70% of our families are covered by Medicaid - many of whom already had to suffer through months-long waitlists and delayed critical care before finding our virtual services. With Medicaid already instituting caps on ABA support in some states, any fresh cuts would put them at severe risk. As an industry, we need to take a stronger stance with our representatives and regulators. How can we justify cuts that deprive children of the chance to learn how to communicate, interact with their peers, or build essential life skills that empower them to navigate the world around them? We’ve watched as our ABA therapy has helped children learn their first words, how to brush their teeth, and how to sit through an entire school day. One parent even shared that, thanks to their child's progress, their family was able to leave the house together for the first time in over three years. Medicaid is the lifeline that makes this possible and must be preserved. Our leaders in Washington would do well to remember that these are real people with real challenges - not faceless numbers on a spreadsheet. https://lnkd.in/dfpw3ZJa

The fastest fix for housing insecurity? Empty bedrooms. Millions of rooms sit vacant while cities spend billions on slow-to-build affordable housing. Instead, they could pay homeowners $5K-$50K to rent out spare rooms—creating 10-25x more units for the same cost as one apartment. The models exist. The demand exists. Cities just need the will to act. It’s time to stop ignoring the obvious solution. Let’s unlock housing. ?? #housingcrisis #affordablehousing #padsplit #oneroomatatime #housing
