Four years ago, I took this picture after receiving my new hire credentials, marking the start of my journey with Kansas City Public Schools, never imagining a career in education. Fun fact: I originally pursued health care administration and spent seven years in mental health. I’m grateful for the knowledge gained, the people I’ve met, the relationships built, and the skills I’ve refined along the way. God placed me here right on time (isn't that funny how we make plans and God steers us somewhere else).
