As part of Member Appreciation Month, we'll be featuring a Member of the Day each day. Today's Member of the Day is Austin Osborn with McCartney Stucky. Austin Osborn began his practice in Kansas City in 2016 with the law firm Stucky & Fields and is now a partner at the law firm McCartney Stucky. Austin’s practice focuses on representing individuals and families who have suffered devastating injuries or losses due to defective products or the negligence of others. Austin is admitted in Kansas, Missouri and New York courts. Austin has experience representing individuals in a number of practice areas including defective heavy trucks, commercial product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and employment discrimination. Austin is an active member of KCMBA serving on the young lawyers section board of directors for the last three years. Austin is currently on the YLS executive committee serving as the section secretary. In the past Austin has served as the chair of the KCMBA YLS Golf Tournament, which raises funds for KCMBA young lawyer projects as well as the KCMBF. Brandon has been with Commerce Bank since 2018 and currently serves as Associate General Counsel.
