This collaboration will provide new levels of efficiency for protein production, analysis and cryo-EM teams to work with a single service provider. Targeted services will deliver protein samples optimized for cryo-EM structure determination providing time and cost savings rapidly producing and screening quality proteins for structure determination. KanPro Research, Inc., located at the KU Innovation Park on the University of Kansas west campus, is a specialized contract research organization (CRO) that arose from the highly successful KU COBRE Protein Production Group (PPG).
