Last Friday I received the news that the company I had been working for was going to do another restructuring, and after 5 years with them I was laid off. First time in my career that I had to experience that, very humbling but also what I see as a great opportunity to gain even more experience. As the provider to my family there is no off time in this job search, and I read today in another inspiring post - it only takes one yes. I am very thankful for the opportunity to impact leaders and team members lives the past five years in the Northeast, now it is time for a new chapter. Hey all, Just dropping a post to reiterate my current search for a new position. Given the time of year, I know how things can slow down a bit on the hiring front, but if anyone maybe comes across a Senior Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter role either in the Raleigh, NC area or in a remote function, I’d be super appreciative to hear about it! I think it’s fair to say, at this point, that I’ve been in & worked across multiple industries/ verticals and can adapt pretty quickly to something new. Industries worked: Mental/ Behavioral Health Banking/ Finance Investment Banking Financial Products RPO Online Marketing IT Security Accounting Tax (SALT & Federal) I’m far more interested in a role on a supportive & collaborative team than I am in a specific title or dollar amount (though I can’t clothe my daughter working for free).
