The End of an Era, but Not the End of the Mission. For 3 ? years, Kaleidoscope Affect has been a space for women to connect, grow, and boldly step into their power. We’ve created events, conversations, and experiences that have shaped journeys—including our own. Which makes this next part bittersweet. After much reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to dissolve Kaleidoscope Affect. Not because we don’t believe in it, but because we know that right now, our own paths must shift. What remains is the impact, the connections, and the mission that brought us all together. And while KA is closing its doors, Alicia & Rebecca aren’t going anywhere—we’re excited for what comes next and for the opportunities still ahead. To every person who supported us, attended an event, shared their story, or believed in this vision—thank you. This community will always be something we cherish. As we step forward, we leave you with this: keep pushing boundaries, keep building meaningful connections, and keep embracing every milestone ahead. This isn’t goodbye—it’s a transition. And we can’t wait to see where all of our journeys lead.
