Casa Bella Storage @ Tropicana will bring convenience to the local residence. It has been a pleasure working with Tyler Johnson and G. Cash Wilson to get this project out of the ground. We are excited to be a part of the Nevada State Legislature remodel and expansion project in Carson City. Working in collaboration with Plenium Builders, Paul Cavin, and Ethos Three. This project will improve not only the aesthetic appeal of our current state capitol but also its functionality. For our part in this renovation, we have begun work on $8 million budgeted improvements. Which include, exterior and interior improvements. External updates will consist of framing, dens-glass, and exterior stone panels. On the interior of the building, the Kalb team will be remodeling twelve restrooms along with the human resources office area. This project is on track to be completed by January 2025.
