We’re seeking a dedicated operations manager to lead our team and drive its success! Team Leadership:?Lead and support Site Specialists in scheduling, monitoring work orders, managing unit turns, facilitating move-ins, and ensuring optimal site conditions. ? Inventory Management:?Perform quarterly inventory counts and bi-annual cost updates to ensure accuracy and drive efficiency. ??Resident Communication:?Keep residents informed about upcoming inspections, capital repairs, and ongoing projects, fostering a transparent and communicative environment. ? Budget Oversight:?Assist in budget management and oversee invoice approvals to maintain financial accountability. ? Contractor Collaboration:?Seek competitive bids from contractors to find the best solutions for our capital repair needs. ? Remote Employee Support:?Ensure seamless operations by facilitating daily communication with remote team members. ? Additional Tasks:?Embrace a variety of duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Pella Historical Museums and Tulip Time ?? Exciting things are happening at Pella View Pointe! We’ve teamed up with the Pella Historical Museums & Tulip Time to plant tulip bulbs all around our community, preparing for a beautiful burst of color just in time for the May 2025 Pella Tulip Festival.
