This week was Specialty Food Association’s #fancyfoodshow in Vegas. SFA is a trade association that represents over 3,600 businesses and brings together foodies across the industry. Top trends we saw this year were collaborations like Crayola food coloring, new and nostalgic flavors Eggo coffee Kellogg Company, healthy elevated snacks Yumbana Gluten Free and KACE Tea, and quick convenience.
