To wrap up Employee Learning Week, we’re excited to highlight several members of our team who recently attended the Support World Live conference in Denver, Colorado, sponsored by the Help Desk Institute (HDI). The event included over 75 sessions, workshops, and training courses with topics ranging from AI and automation to operational and continual process improvement.
