Since our initial investment, Axcient’s annual recurring revenue has grown by 7.5x, driven by customer-focused innovation and strategic acquisitions. This acquisition marks another milestone for Axcient in their mission to protect MSPs and their clients from evolving cybersecurity risks. With this transaction, K1 has realized over $1.8 billion of liquidity in the past ten months, reflecting our commitment to building category-leading companies.
