Flavors of the season including homemade pumpkin soup were recently prepared by Rowan Becker, our lead cook from Medford Public Schools in MN. Part of our So Good seasonal food promotion, this tasting was the perfect way to introduce 160 students to this healthier and satisfying meal! A trending new look…K-12 by Elior pilots the relaunch of its new high school environmental brand at Oak Lawn Community High School where vibrant new graphics, digital innovation and contemporary equipment entices students to exciting menu items for breakfast and lunch. “I love all the changes that happened here at Oak Lawn, and the students love it too,” says Oak Lawn Superintendent Joseph McCurdy, who oversees an enrollment of 1,800 students.?Students enjoy healthy meal options from the main course, pizza station, an expansive salad bar, and a trending grab-n-go. A new action station will also feature cultural menu items.
