The Importance of a Model Frame Walk Whenever we are building new model homes or known product for a model, we always conduct a thorough frame walk. Our Director of Architecture, Norman Lei and our Division Architectural Production Manager< John Galvez, lead the meeting looking at every aspect of the home from room layout, electrical layout, HVAC layout, etc. We also get our Sales and Marketing teams involved to look at the small details from sales office layouts for desks with room wiring. How we are setting up our displays and assuring we have the proper backing. Security camera and flood lights are reviewed to assure they comply with Company policy. We were grateful to have Carolyn and Andy from our Waterstone Sales Team join us to give us their insight. Besides Architecture and Marketing, our Purchasing and Estimating teams and Construction Teams are there to address all questions and resolve any discrepancies on-site. Any changes are noted and distributed to all departments so any permit revisions or contract changes can be processed ASAP to avoid any delays in our expedited 45 day build schedules.

Associate Talent Recognition Always enjoy sharing our Divisions "Rocks Stars". When we established our Divisional merit awards, we spent a lot of time making sure the metrics were equal across all Associates in each department and made sure they track metrics not only critical to our operational success, but ones that Corporate also holds all Divisions to. Really proud of our Team, as they make each quarter more difficult to score as the individual scores are higher and differences are some times a one hundredth of a percent.
