Day 2 of our Managers Meeting brought even more insight and knowledge. We welcomed guest speaker Jerry Ballard who spoke on the importance of difficult conversations. Jerry tested our managers with an activity to see how they handle these types of conversations. He also provided tips and tricks to help with employee retention in our warehouses. At the beginning of the month, we brought together all of our Warehouse Managers for our Annual Managers Meeting. During this two day event, members of our leadership team spoke on different topics. One of our Director's of Operations Troy Farthing presented on the importance of communication by having our Managers put together a Lego set. He showed the managers that without communication or clear direction it may take twice as long to complete a task or project. #ShapingTheFuture #KMTire #TomorrowStartsToday
