The timing couldn’t have been better, as we continue to refine our technology infrastructure and remain committed to leading the way in forward-thinking innovation. ? By connecting with Igloo professionals and peers from various industries, we’ve already discovered quick wins and longer-term strategies to enhance our digital workspace. One key theme was the importance of culture in creating a vibrant online environment - a point that resonates strongly at JVM. Randy spent some time away from JVM, but our culture of collaboration and continuous growth drew him back - proving once again how we Think Team First in everything we do. “Over the past few years, I have kept up with JVM on LinkedIn, and it has been amazing to see all of the positive changes happening within the company and culture. Watching the continued investment in new technology and the ways the team is evolving made me realize how much I missed being a part of it! ?
