A justice and wellness law firm representing sick families against the companies that made them sick.
关于我们
Just Well is a justice and wellness law firm helping sick families recover from those who made them sick. We believe in the rule of law and a system that holds wrongdoers responsible for the harm that they cause. We believe that financial compensation allows the wrongdoer to make amends for the harm. And we believe that those who are harmed are entitled to the maximum recovery allowed by law. We handle toxic exposure, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, military housing matters, vaccine injury, and FTCA claims (personal injury claims against the government). We work closely with counsel around the country and welcome the opportunity to partner or consult on cases. If you or someone you know has experienced toxic exposure or been injured, reach out to [email protected] or call 512.714.6919.

It is an honor to take a stand on this issue alongside?Coalition of Heroes, 30+ veterans organizations, former military leaders, and members of Congress on both sides of the aisle. The Feres doctrine is legally incorrect, unfair, and a threat to our national security. According to the judge-made doctrine, a mom injured by a negligent doctor during her baby’s delivery is not entitled to recovery because she is a service member. But if she were a spouse, she could bring a claim. This injustice discourages good men and women from joining the service in the first place. We cannot be mission-ready if the Government can injure service members like Ryan Carter and Lauren Palladini with impunity. As our amicus brief states, the question is not about whether to reconsider Feres. It’s just about which branch does so and when. Our brief makes it clear: It is high time for the courts that created Feres to end it once and for all. Thankful for good friends — and even better lawyers?James Baehr?and?Chad Flores?for bringing this to fruition.

Imagine being poisoned in your freshman year of college. We are proud of our client?Leah Courington?for bringing a claim against Texas A&M University. Students have the right to safe air in their dorms, and parents have the right to expect that when they send their kids to college, their kids will be safe in their rooms.
