Meet this month's #EmployeeSpotlight - Arielle Cline, Guest Relations Director at Just Salad! ???? Arielle started working at Just Salad in 2012 as a Cashier and has continued to grow with the company ever since. She became a Restaurant Manager for several of our NYC locations in 2018, and ultimately was granted the opportunity to lead our Guest Relations department in her most recent years with the company. Arielle loves working at Just Salad because the organization has allowed her to grow, always be herself, and has made her feel like a part of a family! Arielle was born and raised in the Bronx and is a mother to two beautiful girls, Averie and Aubrie. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music of all genres and loves a good lifetime movie. Started working with Carolyn Acosta 18 years ago doing deliveries out of a basement in midtown NYC. Today she is running 23 locations in Florida with plans to grow that market to 100 restaurants by 2030. We have an amazing FLA operations team thanks to Carolyn Acosta and Apolinar Chavez.
