As we say goodbye to 2023, JA would like to thank every volunteer, donor, educator, and supporter for your tireless support of our mission to educate and inspire young people to succeed in a global economy. Thanks to you, students will reach life-changing lessons on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship that will have an impact on their incomes, skill set, and mind set to build thriving communities in Alaska. JA is one of the few non-profits to participate in annual third-party audits of our student participation and financial performance, so we can assure transparency and accuracy in our reporting to the community. This is one of the reasons why JA Alaska has received: ?? The Platinum Seal of Transparency from Guidestar ? 15 years as a 5-Star operation in Alaska from JA USA ?? Recognized for Outstanding Community Service by a Non Profit by the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce in 2018 ?? Received the Spirit of Tomorrow Award from Anchorage School Business Partnerships in 2014 We look forward to continued partnership with businesses and schools statewide in 2024.
