The LA General Medical Center – Restorative Care Village, Phase 5 is the first of its kind in California. It brings together six independent 16-bed psychiatric subacute facilities into a single, thoughtfully landscaped campus. The development features a three-story and a four-story structure, incorporating over 1,000 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel. JSC is proud to have been selected to provide the steel scope for this project!

Here is an animation of the OCVibe Concert Hall erection! This 5,600 seat concert venue contains 1200 tons of structural steel and we are proud to be the fabricator and erector for this project.

This 425 ton medical office building built for Allied Pacific IPA features two stories, spanning 50,000 square feet. Thanks to our collaboration with the team at PNG Builders, our ironworkers, our shop, and our project management team we were able to complete the steel erection ahead of the original schedule.

Junior Steel is excited to supply the structural and miscellaneous steel package for the new Huntington Health MOB, comprising over 1,000 tons across four above-grade floors and three below. This project showcases the expertise and capabilities of Junior Steel Co. With our ongoing growth and experience, we are well-equipped to take on increasingly larger projects.

Installing the first truss for Los Alamitos High School! For this project we are fabricating and installing six 110 foot trusses, and we are happy to work alongside Erickson-Hall Construction Co. to help deliver this new gymnasium! Huge cudos to our shop, Ironworkers, and project manager Mike Kline!

Project highlight: Four new buildings and extensive seismic work on the historic terminal building for Long Beach Airport. Other work on the project included stairs, stainless rails, bollards and other miscellaneous items. Thank you Swinerton for trusting us with the structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental package for this historic project.
