JUNIOR LEAGUE OF COLUMBUS GA INC

In 1931, 61 Columbus ladies came together to form the Community Service League. In the first year of its existence, the League gave 4,595 hours of service. In 1936, the Community Service League was accepted into the Association of Junior Leagues of America, joining visionary women across the United States who believed they could improve their respective communities through active volunteerism. Their legacy is alive today with that same vision and commitment. Today, the Junior League of Columbus, GA is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Our programs include Kids In The Kitchen, Teens Who Care, Project Prom, and our Diaper Bank which is part of the National Diaper Bank Network.
